To deliver a perfect handbag, we pursue "light weightness" and "suppleness" leathers.
We generally use an
aniline finish cow hide.
Leathers are checked for scars and dye penetration as no two leathers are identical, then marked and cut into panels.
- The Production Line

Aniline leather is a type of leather dyed exclusively with soluble dyes without covering the surface with a topcoat paint or insoluble pigments. The resulting product retains the hides natural surface with the "grain"
ie: visible pores, scares, etc of the complete original animals skin structure.
Knives are used on clicking presses to cut out cell phone pockets and certain panels of the handbag
Skyving and splitting of the leather is to achieve a uniform thickness of the leather. Thickness can be controlled by the accuracy of less than one millimeter. Different parts require different thickness to achieve appropriate texture. Therefore, this process has to be adjusted manually.

Thicker leathers are split in panel form,
edged are skyved
so when the leather
is folded its not heavvy
and thick for stitching.
Raw edges are stained, rope handles are taped and made, holes are measured and punched, the handbag is exclusively "hand made"

Bags are stitched, each and every aspect of workmanship is checked visually, cleaned and packed for dispatch
